Setup

To create a Worldline TravelHub account please contact Worldline directly.

Credentials

When setting up TravelHub in the dashboard, configure the following credentials, which can all be obtained the configuration center and the Worldline team.
  • Merchant ID - The numerical merchant ID. Note, this is not the merchant ID seen in the configuration center. Please contact Worldline to get the actual TravelHub merchant ID.
  • Username - The API username available via the TravelHub support team. This is not the dashboard username.
  • Password - The API username available via the TravelHub support team. This is not the dashboard password.
  • Webhook Key ID - The ID of the key used to sign webhooks. This is available via the Worldline configuration center.
  • *Webhook Secret Key - The secret key used to sign webhooks. This is available via the Worldline configuration center.

Webhooks

In order for webhooks to be sent, at least one signature key must be generated. This is done in the Worldline Configuration Center, under Webhooks keys.
