Please contact to your Worldpay (WPG) account manager to obtain your credentials.

Credentials

When setting up Worldpay (WPG) in the dashboard you will need to configure the following credentials.

  • Username & Password: The Worldpay (WPG) username and password can be shared with you by your Worldpay Account manager.

Webhook configuration

Webhooks need to be configured in the Worldpay’s Merchant Administration Interface (MAI) under INTEGRATION -> Merchant Channel.

For more detailed instructions, refer to their setup guide.

To ensure our system stays up to date with the latest payment changes, make sure to enable notifications for the following payment statuses:

  • CAPTURED
  • CAPTURE_FAILED
  • REFUSED
  • CANCELLED
  • REFUNDED
  • REFUND_FAILED

Idempotency

Your Worldpay (WPG) account manager may need to enable idempotency for your account.
